Who it's for

Built for leaders with something to say.

We work with founders, executives, mission-driven leaders, and the organizations behind them. The common thread: a voice worth amplifying and a calendar that doesn't have time to manage a production pipeline.

01

Founders & Executives

CEOs, presidents, and founders ready to own a conversation in their industry. Build your voice alongside the company you're already running.

02

Mission-Driven Leaders

Nonprofit founders, advocacy leaders, and policy voices who need a platform to advance the work, not just talk about it.

03

Brands & Organizations

Companies and institutions launching shows that share their message through a recognizable voice, from spokespeople to subject-matter experts.

Our flagship case study and the show we've spent the last four years building, episode by episode. The bar we set here is the bar we bring to every client.

Case Study · Active
The Show 13th & Park Hosted by Adam Goodman
Production · Post · Social

We've handled the full post pipeline for four years. Every episode, every drop.

13th and Park is the long-form interview show from Government Affairs firm Ballard Partners, recorded across their D.C. and West Hollywood studios.

What it takes: an editor who can cut for pace without erasing personality, design that holds up across formats, and a delivery rhythm that never slips.

For your show

What we'd build for you.

A representative scope for a leader or organization launching a show from zero. Strategy, brand, and a publishing rhythm you can actually sustain. We tailor the deliverables to your goals on the discovery call.

Most clients land somewhere close to this: a launch sprint up front, then a steady weekly or biweekly cadence with full social rollout.

How it works

A simple handoff.

Hosts shouldn't have to manage a post-production pipeline. We've built ours to be simple: you record, we edit, the audience enjoys.

Discovery & strategy.

We sit down to define the show: who it's for, what makes it sound like you, and how it lands on a calendar. You leave with a launch plan.

You record. We onboard.

Whether you film in your studio, a rented room, or over Zoom, we pick up raw audio, video, and notes from your team.

We edit.

Audio polish, multi-cam video, motion graphics, and any b-roll the story needs.

We package for social.

Shorts, captions, thumbnails, native posts. Built for every channel you ship to.

You approve. We publish.

Episode goes live on your platforms, or we hand back tidy, ready-to-post files.

"Four years inside one of the most listened-to interview podcasts in Washington taught me where the bar really is."

For the last four years I've handled the full post pipeline for 13th and Park, the flagship show of Government Affairs firm Ballard Partners. P Squared is the next chapter: bringing that same standard to mission-driven founders, executives, and organizations launching shows of their own.

Questions

Questions, answered.

The things every leader asks before they hit send. If you don't see yours here, the discovery call is the right place to ask it.

How much does this cost?
Pricing depends on scope. Editing-only engagements run as a per-episode rate. Full post and social runs as a monthly retainer keyed to your cadence. New shows include a one-time launch fee for strategy and brand kit. We send a custom scope and number after the discovery call.
How long does it take to launch a new show?
From signed scope to first published episode, typically six to eight weeks. Two for strategy and brand kit, two for pilot recording and edit, two for distribution setup and final approvals. Faster is possible if you're already clear on format and visuals.
Do I need my own studio?
No. Many of our clients film in their own offices, conference rooms, or remotely over Zoom. We can also recommend studios in your city, or build you a recording playbook for your space if you'd rather record yourself.
How often will we publish?
Most shows run weekly or biweekly. We'll help you choose a cadence you can actually sustain alongside the rest of your work. Consistency is the single biggest predictor of audience growth.
Will you handle our social posting, or hand back files?
Either works. Some clients want everything scheduled and posted on their behalf with a shared content calendar. Others want clean, ready-to-post assets handed back to their internal team. We tailor the workflow to what's already working for you.
What about confidentiality?
Standard. We sign NDAs, treat raw footage as private until you've approved a cut, and never use client material in our own marketing without explicit written permission.
